LIBERIA: Deputy Speaker Moye Donates huge Consignment of Medical Equipment in Bong

As part of efforts to improving the health sector in Liberia, the office of Deputy Speaker Prince Kermue Moye in partnership with an International organization Matal has donated huge consignments of medical equipment to the Women group of Bong County for onward distribution to health facilities in Bong County.

The equipment donated will help the government of President George Manneh Weah Pro-Poor Agenda for prosperity and development.

Some of the items donated include, twenty seven cartoons of examiner gloves, eighteen cartoons of ears-masks, thirteen cartoons of patients lineup and gowns, and wheel chairs amongst others.

Several health institutions in Bong County are expected to benefit from the medical supplies, namely C.B Dunbar, Phebe Hospitals including others health centers in Gbarnga and parts adjacent.

Making the presentation of the medical supply over the recently in Gbarnga, the National Media consultant to the District two lawmaker, Jutomue Martin Larwor stated that the presentation of the medical items  are some of the benefits of Honorable Moye recent visit to U.S Congress Man Eric Paulson in the United States of America.

Martin Larwor narrated that during the visit of the Bong County Lawmaker in the U.S, he was able to have lobbied with some International Institutions like Matal which is currently shipping drugs and equipment to the office of Liberia’s Deputy Speaker Prince Kermue Moye.

Matal is an International Institution that is in the supply of medical equipment to several African Countries around the World.

He revealed that the present supply of the equipment in the County is just an initial benefit of Hon. Moye lobbying power.

Taking delivery of the medical equipment on behalf of the Development Education Network of Liberia and the Women group, DEN-L former Executive Director Madam Dorothy Tooman intimated that there is strength in unity, adding that a son of Bong County Dennis Garsini and part of the Matal organization in the U.S has always been in the vanguard of working with partners and Liberians in order to ship medical materials to the Country.
