“We got the description of the Mercedes-Benz including the color. When he entered it was exact, so we say it was a well accomplished tracking,” he explained.

According to Commander Tambo, the suspect has since been forwarded to the Tienii Magisterial Court for trial.

Major Tambo who refused to name the suspect due to security reason, further disclosed to LINA that the stolen vehicle is currently impounded at the headquarters of the Joint Security detail of Bo Waterside in Tewor District, Grand Cape Mount County.

Meanwhile the head of the Joint Security has commended their counterparts in Sierra Leone for the level of cordiality that exit between them.

Major Saxon indicated that the cordiality existing between them and their Sierra Leonean counterparts is enabling them to combat cross-border crimes along the border.
