Since his victory as Liberia’s 24th President-elect after the December 26 runoff election, Senator George Manneh Weah is said to restlessly be encountering some of his presidential challenges, as many job seekers overwhelmingly trooping to the Headquarters of the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) under the canopy as partisans of the winning party.

GNN-Liberia reporter assigned at the headquarters of the CDC said on dozens of job seekers on a daily basis as early as 9am to 7pm use the grounds of the Party as their regular routine under the semblance of befriending executives for their possible inclusion in the George Weah led government.

Our reporter also said some of the first-time visitors to the party have now initiated themselves as ‘Diehard’ partisans of the CDC and Liberia’s newly elected, Senator George Weah with the hope that at the end of the day they will be considered for a possible placement in the government.

“You can never tell, maybe something will be made available to me at the end of the day, who knows,” one of the regular visitors at the CDC party headquarters speaking to our reporter said, while few of his friends who remained tightlipped, and also queued for the same purpose closely watched as our reporter interview their colleagues.

At the same time, some observers who spoke to our reporter disclosed that on a daily basis they watched the arrival of dozens of job seekers on the grounds of the Party, expressing fear that many of those job seekers are, what he termed, “Sheep in wolf clothing” are again infiltrating the George Weah led government, and further warned that those seeking jobs must thoroughly be screened before given any public office.

Sources closed to the GNN-Liberia has revealed that the residence of the president-elect (Senator George Weah) on a daily basis overwhelmed by people believed to be seekers jobs.
