Senate Chaplain Teases God: As He Prophecies, ‘Boakai Will Not Win Elections Because He Is Stingy’

Some religious leaders in Liberia nowadays are in the habit of impressing people through what many considered as ‘False Prophecies’ have overwhelmed many Liberians who are describing this latest prophecy by the Chaplain General of the Liberian Senate, Rev. Michael Holder on the fate of the former Liberian Vice President, Ambassador Joseph Nyuma Boakai.

Speaking during the official opening of the 54th Legislature at the Capitol Building on Monday, January 16, 2023, Rev. Holder in a rather serious religious prophecy disclosed that God has told him that the political leader of the former Unity Party (UP) and former Liberian Vice President, Ambassador Joseph Nyuma Boakai will not win the pending October 2023 elections due to his stinginess, and his refusal to share.

This revelation by the Liberian Senate Chaplain General did not go down well with many Liberians who described his prophecy as false and misleading to the Liberian religious community, noting that God did not tell him that Boakai will not win election because he is ‘Stingy’, has been insinuated by Rev. Holder.

Some of the lawmakers and visitors at this unique occasion were seen murmuring with laughter, as the Chaplain General kept expounding his ‘self-proclaimed’ prophecy to the Liberian people. Our reporter who covered the program said some dignitaries who were at the program were reportedly shocked.

Wow! This was very wrong and unprofessional. His message was not Christ like. The Bible says we should edify & not tear down each each other. His message came from another god.
