LIBERIA: Harper Demonstration School Expels Five Students For Disorderly Conducts

The administration of Harper Demonstration Elem & Junior High School in Harper City, Maryland County has expelled five students and suspended two from the school for act unbecoming, according to report some of the expelled students were caught with dangerous weapons including rocks and deadly weapons.

According to our Correspondent, four of those expelled students are in the 9th grade class, while one of the students is from the 7th grade of the same institution, according to our Correspondent quoting school authority, those involved recently storm the school Campus with a serious violence.

The Vice Principal of the Institution Emmanuel Dennis, speaking on the issue, disclosed that this came as a result when a pastor from the Deeper Life Church when to preach to the students on the campus. And was reportedly disrespected and interrupted by those expelled students.

“It is indeed regrettable on the part of the students, whose parents have paid their school feels for learning purposes, and have resolved to engaged in unbecoming attitude, this is not the first time for those students to behave in such manner,” Mr.  Dennis explained. Those involve are Sergio Allison, Winston Glomah, Fredrick Prowd,  Charles Clark among others.

Also expressing disappointment, the Vice Principal for Administration said, “those students who are preparing for the future have resolved to add disorderly, the administration of this institution will not compromise with any parents to allow them back on campus, therefore, we are calling on all the schools in Maryland County, Liberia at large not to expect those brutal students in any Institution.

The Administration of the Harper Demonstration Elementary and Junior high school further elaborated that the School is undergoing a serious constraint in maintaining the school Campus, moreover, the Administration expressed that the school Campus was broken through by some criminals and took away some materials belonged to the Institution due to the lack of security.

“This institution is a government school and we are calling on the Ministry of education local, National and other humanitarian organizations to help fan the school Campus in order for us to control the students.
