Grand Konia Transitions to New Leadership for a New Beginning

Baltimore, MD, – Seasoned Administrator and Project Manager, Sam Mohammed Kromah is the newly elected president of Grand Konia, a U.S.-based non-profit organization comprised of four countries (Liberia, Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Ivory Coast). The goal of this organization is to bring these groups of people together to create an economic powerhouse in Africa and the Diaspora.
Kromah, a public servant with over 20 years of experience in government at multiple levels and the non-profit sector, previously served as an Administrator for the State of Maryland’s Citizen Review Board, as Managing Director of the Free Zone in Liberia, during Gyude Bryant’s term as President of the Republic of Liberia, and Co-Founder of Resources and Outreach of Liberia (ROL). With a Political Science degree from Cheyney State University and a background in Law from Western State University and University of Detroit, Kromah takes on this role with the mandate to continue the work started with vigor and enthusiasm, ready to hit the ground running.”
“It is my goal to create a team of innovative and agile minds that think beyond tribe and country and put Africa first,” Kromah said as he took on his new role. “As a continent, we have the resources to run the world, but it is not reflected in how our nations are being run.
