The thoughtful donation, presented on Thursday, May 22, 2025, encompassed a comprehensive array of vital supplies for newborns and new mothers. The items included baby soap, a substantial supply of Pampers and wipes, feeding bottles, baby powder, traditional lappas, and various other crucial necessities, all aimed at providing much-needed support to mothers navigating the challenges of childbirth and early parenthood at the hospital.

Her voice filled with empathy, she expressed, “It’s truly painful to witness so many children on the streets lacking proper care. For me, giving back to the community, particularly to vulnerable mothers and children, brings immense joy. Every child deserves love and attention, especially those who may not have the privilege of parental care.”

Mrs. Varney also shared an inspiring glimpse into her long-term aspirations, revealing her heartfelt dream of establishing an orphanage. This ambitious project aims to further extend care and support to a greater number of underprivileged children, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment.
