Breaking: Weah-led Gov’t Overwhelms With U.S. Sanction As Samuel Tweah, Albert Chie And Others Fall
The Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC)-led Government is gradually loosing it’s importance with just less than a month to still in power amid the imposition of United States sanctions on many of it’s senior government officials.
After imposing sanction on the Secretary General of the ruling CDC, and Mayor of the City of Monrovia, Jefferson Koijee in less than 12 hours, three other officials including the Minister of Finance; Samuel Tweah, the Pro-temporal at the Liberian Senate, Senator Albert Chie, and Senator Emmanuel Nuquay were today sanctioned.
However, there are information that more government officials are expected to be sanctioned in the next coming weeks.
