The Decision of the lower court Judge was overturned by the Chambers Justice on a Petition for Writ of Certiorari filed by the Defense against the Judge and the Prosecution.
They include:
1. Monrovia City Mayor Jefferson Tamba Koijee to testify to his relationship with Mohammed Keita, Varlee Telleh and others etc and his phone interaction with them from February 20 -24, 2023
2. Wife of Varlee Telleh, to testify to a porpoted phone number registered in Varlee Telleh’s name and used by her and calls made to a number which was also calling Moses Wright, one of the Securities on the Compound of Justice Scott before, during and after the incident.
3. Moses Weight, the Commander of the Private Security (Genesis) on the Compound of Justice Scott to testify to his phone communication with a number which was also interacting with the number said to be used by Varlee Telleh’s wife before, during and after the incident. Moses Wright will also testify why he changed his phone on the morning of February 23, 2023 the very next after the incident.
4. Coroner of Montserrado County who attended to the deceased Charlie Musu to produce and testify to the Coroner’s Report.
5. Orange GSM Company to produce and testify to the call logs of all of:
1. Jefferson Tamba Koijee’s Orange numbers from February 20-24, 2023.
2. Moses Wright’s Orange Number from February 20-24, 2023.
3. Mohammed Keita’s Orange Number from February 20-24, 2023.
6. Lonestar GSM Company to produce and testify to the call logs of all of Mayor Jefferson Tamba Koijee’s Lonestar numbers from February 20-24, 2023.
