About 15 suspected criminals reportedly escaped Police holding cell in Margibi County after brutalizing a police officer

Among the suspects, is 48-year-old Timothy Clarke, who recently admitted to Sodomizing a seven year-old boy in Weala.

According to report, the 15 suspected criminals escaped at about 07:50am on Sunday, April 24, after beating a Police Officer identified as Joseph Tokpah, who went into the police withholding cell, for reasons yet unknown.

Multiple sources within the area informed this station that the suspects broke some of the steel bars placed at the top of the cell, and used the steel rods to beat on officer Tokpah, who entered the cell alone.
