A woman who left her phone in an Irish pub in Florida was arrested after the bar tender found pictures on it of her performing sexual acts on a small dog.
Ashley M Lynch (37) was arrested after cops were called when the barman at O’Shea’s Irish Pub in West Palm Beach, Florida, discovered the images when he unlocked the phone.
He had been given the passcode to unlock the device by Lynch to prove that it belonged to her after she called the pub looking for her phone.
Lynch has now been charged with six counts of possessing obscene material depicting child pornography as well as three counts of video voyeurism of a child less than 16 years old.
“Upon unlocking her cellphone, the bartender observed Lynch performing sexual acts on a small dog,” police wrote in the affidavit, according to a report in International Business Times. “Authorities obtained a search warrant and conducted a forensic review of the phone.”
In addition to viewing evidence of the crime of bestiality, detectives observed two videos “which appeared to be video voyeurism of two prepubescent minors in the shower,” investigators said.
An in-depth forensic review of the phone allegedly revealed three separate videos of a 6-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl nude in the shower. In all three of the videos, Lynch appeared to focus the camera on the children’s genitals, police said.
Authorities linked Lynch to the filming of the children as the hands of the person making the video feature a distinct nail polish that matches the colour of Lynch’s nails at the same time the videos were made.
