Perpetrators of war in Liberia over the years that took the lives of over 500,000 innocent lives may now have themselves to blamed for their action, as report coming from Washington D.C., the world’s superpower, says the President of the United States, Donald Trump has finally given his blessing for the establishment of War Crimes Court in Liberia, despite the reported reluctance on the part of President George Manneh Weah to allow same to take root.
According to report, the United State President took the decision to allow the establishment of War Crimes Court in Liberia following series of discussions between him and his Religious Advisor, Paula White-Cain convinced him on the importance of this court in Liberia, and also bring to book those American soldiers who allegedly committed war crimes against innocent individuals abroad.
It has also been reported that, the former Liberian leader. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf may likely be hooked during the prosecution of war criminals when the Court is established, and beginning to shortlist those to be caught in the web during the existence of the its operation.

Can also be recalled that on the 14th of November, 2018, the United States House on Foreign Affairs Committee unanimously passed a Resolution on the creation of an Extraordinary Criminal Tribunal for Liberia, this Resolution has reportedly been sent to the Senate, and is yet to be approved.
But sources said all indications has hinted that the Senate is poised to approve this Resolution.
