Representative Yekah Kolubah Officially Suspends His Membership With The CPP For Lack Of Support

Montserrado County District # 10, Representative Yekeh Kolubah, “I Will Contest In Grand Gedeh County”

Montserrado County District 10 Representative, tough-talking Yekeh Kolubah sat he is suspending his membership with the Collaborating Political Parties, for what he described as the lack of support to speak on his recent attack in Grand Gedeh County by youth groups.

Addressing a news conference today in Monrovia, Representative Kolubah said since the incident in Grand Gedeh County where his life was threatened, the CPP is yet to come out and condemn this ’life threatening situation on the part of the leadership of the CPP.

“Since I was threatened and chased out of the County while on a county tour along with the Chairman of the CPP. Mr. Alexander Cummings, up to present there has been not statement from the CPP to condemn this act, for this reason I am for now suspending my membership with the Collaborating Political Parties with immediate effect”, Representative Kolubah told journalists at a well-attended news conference today, August 28, 2020.

Effort by the GNN to contact the Chairman of the CPP, Mr. Alexander Cummings proved unsuccessful as despite a visit at his Alternative National Congress (ANC) and phone calls.
