Former Vice President Joseph Boakai says Liberia has good laws, which are only on script, but the enforcement components are weak to ensure the laws are effective.
Ambassador Boakai also expressed the need for concerted efforts towards eliminating narcotic drugs across the country.
He stated that people, who sell illegal substances to children, often put those children’s future at risk while describing those who are engaged with such acts as criminal.
