NPA Managing Director Joins Top Panelists At West African Ports & Rail Evolution In Lagos
Liberia’s National Port Authority (NPA) Managing Director, Bill Twehway is expected to deliver an expert concept presentation on “Establishing effective port concessions” at the 2019 edition of the West African ports and rail Evolution.
The Conference according to a NPA release is scheduled to take place at the famous landmark Center, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria under the theme “Bringing the Ports and Rails Industries Together.”
It is designed for Ports and rail Authorities, terminal operators, shipping lines, bulk exporters, investors and governments that are seeking to forge new frontiers for the economy through ports and rail connectivity, optimization and new business opportunities.
Dr. Twehway is among top panelists at the invitation of the West African ports and rail Evolution and he is set to represent on behalf of the National Port Authority on Tuesday, July 23, 2019.
The Conference will also deliberate on Integrating and Connecting West Africa’s Ports and Rail Infrastructural, Increasing connectivity, integration, throughput and operational efficiency.
