MCSSCOWA Officials Inducted, Dr. Musa Dukuly Calls For Collaboration

Employees of the Monrovia Consolidated School System (MCSS) Central Office Workers Association (MCSSCOWA) were over the weekend inducted their new officials to steer the affairs of the Association for the next three years.

Serving as keynote speaker for the ceremony, the Deputy Governor for Economic Policy at the Central Bank of Liberia, Dr. Musa Dukuly called on  the leadership of the Association to work with the Superintendent for the growth of the MCSS School System.

Dr. Dukuly said if the leadership of the Association much dialogue went issue come up and he want the Superintendent should also make his office open so that the matter can be discuss.

Also speaking during the ceremony, the President for the Central office Workers Association Mr. John Cummings want employees to come to work on time and should respect their supervisors.

Mr. Cummings appeal to the Superintendent to ensure that employees who are not on payroll that they should get on payroll.

Additionally, the Superintendent Prof Issac Saye- Lakpoh Zawolo lauded the Central Office employees for going through their election process and his office is open to work the leadership of the Association.

The Inaugural program took place at the MCSS central office on Thursday, December 7, 2023 in the conference room of the Central office those who were inducted into office are: Mr. John Cummings President, Mr. McDonald R. Beamie Vice President, Mr. Nehemiah T. Borloh – Secretary General, Mr. Roland Cole Financial Secretary, Mrs. Korpo K. Davies Treasurer and Marlyn Wesely Chaplain.
