President Trump’s niece is pressing her uncle to resign as president in an interview to discuss her new bombsell tell-all about her family.
Mary Trump told ABC News that she wouldn’t mince words if she had the chance to confront him in the Oval Office.
“Resign” is what Trump would tell the younger brother of her father, Fred Trump Jr.
“I saw firsthand what focusing on the wrong things, elevating the wrong people can do – the collateral damage that can be created by allowing somebody to live their lives without accountability,” Trump said. “And it is striking to see that continuing now on a much grander scale.”
“He already seemed very strained by the pressures,” Trump continued. “He had never been in a situation before where he wasn’t entirely protected from criticism or accountability or things like that, and I just remember thinking, ‘He seems tired.’”
Trump’s words echo her book, “Too Much and Never Enough,” which discusses how her uncle’s upbringing molded him.
