With these assertions by some Liberians in the Port City of Buchanan, Grand Bassa County where the Liberian leader, President George Weah and his entourage paid a day working visit in a chat with our staff, expressed fear of the prevailing political situation in the country.
“The CDC is doing everything possible to win its second term bid”, Jonathan TZ Smith, a resident of Buchanan in a chat with the GNN noted, but to the contrary, another resident of the city, Thomas Harris in his argument said the opposition bloc is prepared to give the CDC a one term title, noting that this government has failed the Liberian people over the last six years of its administration.
However, Smith in his reaction, justified that the CDC will get a free ride in these elections, stressing that, “A group that is divided, meaning the opposition bloc cannot make any difference amid disagreement amongst them”, he further told the GNN in an exclusive interview.
