LIBERIA: PUL Opens Book of Condolence for Fallen Journalist  Peter Amara

The Press Union of Liberia in collaboration with the ADI Communications Inc. will on Thursday, January13, 2022, open a book of condolence for fallen Liberian journalist Peter Amara.

The book of condolence will be opened at the Headquarters of the Press Union of Liberia on Clay Street. The Union is therefore calling on all journalists and members of the general public to be a part of the this ceremony in honor of the late Amara.

Journalist  Amara died Sunday, January 2, 2022 after his collapse and refusal by several clinics in Monrovia and has since been buried January 3rd.

His demised is a complete lost to the media community, his comportment and his immense services at several News Papers will greatly be missed.

He worked for the Chronicle Newspaper, Informer Newspaper, the Global News Network and many other institutions and lastly with the ADI Express before his death.

The Press Union ask that, friends, sympathizers, well-wishers and family members be at the Headquarters of the Union by  10:30 am on Thursday, January 13, 2022 for the signing of the book of condolence for fallen journalist Peter Amara.
