The Monrovia City Court Judge, Jomah Jallah has sent to the Monrovia Central prison a 48 years old man identified as Sando Jones for allegedly sodomizing a six years old boy in the Fiamah Community.
According to our judicial correspondent, the city court judge action was trigger based on a charged sheet presented by the Liberia National Police.
The police in their investigation revealed that Defendant Jones live the same community with the victim and was in the constant habit of sending the victim into his room.
The Liberia National Police investigators quoting the victim as saying that the defendant have on several occasions abuse him sexually.
The police Charged sheet further disclose that the defendant was caught by a man identified as Emmanuel Barcon when the victim grandmother told him to sleep with the defendant.
Meanwhile the Liberia National Police has charge defendant Sando Jones with the commissioned of the crime of statutory rape which is in violation of section 14.70 , 1,A,and I of the rape law pending court trial.
