In Philippine: A Liberian and Two Nigerians Arrested For Marijuana Deal

Philippine, Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) of the Special Enforcement Service, arrested three foreigners for marijuana possession during its operation at a condominium unit in Pasig City, Monday night.
The operation seized several sachets of suspected marijuana weighing nearly half a kilo and a market value of P60,000 Philippine currency which is equivalent to $3091.23
Authorities also recovered two bundles of fake $100.
The PDEA Special Enforcement Service conducted the operation through a search warrant operation issued by Pasig Regional Trial Court Branch 152 for an alias Godwin who was not found in the unit.
However, the PDEA arrested a Nigerian who was recently released from prison at the La Union Provincial Jail for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
Besides him, another Nigerian and a Liberian who were at the condo unit were arrested.
According to PDEA SES Director Levy Ortis, the operation was based on complaints by some unit owners who complained that the unit was always noisy and the marijuana was smelly.
The foreigners were also seen carrying marijuana contraband on the poolside of the condominium building.
