As corruption reportedly eating up Liberia’s Judiciary system In Liberia, Outgoing Chief Justice of Liberia, Francis Korkpot called on judges in Nimba County to stop collecting money before adjudicating cases
Chief Justice Francis Korkpor is calling on magistrates assigned at the various magisterial courts in Nimba County to do away with the collection of money called bond fees.
According to the Chief Justice, there is nothing in the law that measures bond fees, neither the collection of money called bond fees.
He warned magistrates to do away with such act, as the Court is intended to dispense justice for the people.
