Adult man opens fire at kindergarten in Ulyanovsk region, killing teacher, 2 children; later commits suicide

MOSCOW – An armed man opened fire at a kindergarten in Russia’s Ulyanovsk region on Tuesday, killing two children and a teacher and later shot himself, the state-run TASS news agency quoted police as saying.

According to initial findings, a domestic conflict is considered to be the cause of the incident.

The details were also confirmed by a spokesperson of the region’s governor.
