Police in Bomi County, western Liberia are investigating a 36 years old woman identified as Siah Tamba for allegedly burning the hands of her five years old child, claiming that the child stole.
Speaking to reporters while undergoing police investigation, Siah Tamba admitted committing the act, but beg for mercy, noting that it is the work of devil.
Joel Cholo Brooks is a Liberian journalist who previously worked for several international news outlets including the BBC African Service.
