UK Foreign Secretary to visit Tehran tomorrow

TEHRAN, (Saba) – UK Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt along with a delegation will visit Tehran on Monday for a one-day official visit.

The Iranian Fars news agency reported that the British Foreign Minister will meet during his visit with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Jawad Zarif as well as other senior Iranian officials.

The visit is expected to discuss bilateral relations, regional developments, international issues and the nuclear agreement.

This is the first visit by the British Foreign Secretary to Tehran since his appointment several months ago following the resignation of former minister Boris Johnson.
