“This initiative represents one of the many avenues through which Standard Security Agency aims to actively address the issue of unemployment,” Mr. Sherman added.

The training program is being overseen by an Inspector from the Emergency Response Unit (ERU) of the Liberia National Police, who is stationed in Grand Cape Mount County.

“In our district, Gola Konneh, and other parts of the country, many of our citizens have long yearned for such employment opportunities to secure their livelihoods and pave the way for a better and brighter future,” Mr. Sherman stated in the release.

Community leaders and other residents have voiced their profound joy regarding this latest development aimed at generating employment prospects. They described it as a timely intervention that offers a beacon of hope to individuals eager to work and provide for themselves and their families.

The second phase of the training program is anticipated to be announced following the successful completion and thorough evaluation of the current exercise.

He underscored that Standard Security Agency is a fully Liberian-owned enterprise committed to upholding gender equality within its ranks.
