Sheikh Kromah Threatens Legal Action Against Detractors Who’re Deflating Ahl al-Bayt
The Executive Director of the Ahlu-Bay(AS) Assembly for Development in Liberia Sheikh Askary Musa Kromah, is threatening legal action against people he referred as ‘Detractors” who are undermining the effort of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) Assembly for Development in Liberia.
Ahlu-Bay is a phrase meaning, literally, “People of the House” or “Family of the House”. Within the Islamic tradition, the term refers to the family of the Islamic prophet Muhammad.
In Shia Islam the Ahl al-Bayt are central to Islam and interpreters of the Quran and Sunnah. Shias believe they are successors of Muhammad and consist of Muhammad, Fatimah, Ali, Hasan, and Husayn (known collectively as the Ahl al-Kisa,
He said Ahlu-Bay (AS) Assembly for Development in Liberia is operating several academy institutions throughout the country with an affordable school fees that is enabling parents or Guardians who cannot afford to send their children to schools that are charging huge schools feels in the country.
He told the detractors are also discriminating against them because they are Shi’a something he said is completely wrong noting that no one has the power to detect to anyone who to worship or how they should worship as Prophet Muhammad himself believed that freedom of religion and civic rights were important components of religious.
Sheikh Kromah who is also the Representative of Ahlu-Bay (AS) Assembly for Development of the World in Liberia sounded the warning on Monday Novernber 5, 2018 on the campus of the Nobel Prophet Islamic and English school in Dual Community on the Bushrod Island at program marking 40 day Anniversary of the Martyrdom of Imam Hussein.
According to him, while they are trying their very best providing almost free education to the Liberia children to better of their life’s those detractors are edgily going on a daily basis to their various schools discouraging the students attending schools operating under the auspices of the Ahlu-Bay (AS) Assembly for Development in Liberia not to attend the school for reasons best known to them.
He call on parents or guardians not to give as well the students not to take those group of people seriously because they not in the interest of the future of Liberia.
Sheikh Kromah then used the occasion to appeal to the Liberian to provide subside to the Ahlu-Bay (AS) Assembly for Development in Liberia school system as they are also buttressing the Liberian government education system.
