The Liberian Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs on Thursday abruptly postponed the confirmation hearing of Foreign Minister Designate Sara Beyslow Nyanti to this Monday February 5.
The Senate committee through its Chairperson Senator Darius Dillon said the postponement was due to security reasons.
According to our reporter, the Senate Chamber was filled with several dignitaries
including the nominee being seated awaiting the commencement of the confirmation when the chair of the committee abruptly announced the postponement.
