People’s Restoration Party (PRP) says it  attention have been draw to series of coordinated disinformation campaign propagated by certain defector elements and suspended individuals with the sole intent of sowing seed of disunity within the People’s Restoration Party (PRP).

In a press release issued in Monrovia over the weekend, the party said these group of individuals who remain suspended have chosen to take to the air wave to spread lies and falsehood, claiming that the National Chairman Hon. Richmond D.K. Yarkpah of PRP has been removed as chairman of the party.

The party through it National Chairman, Richmond D.K. Yarkpah wish to make it categorically clear that the information is false and misleading and has no iota of truth. The PRP remains a solid grass root and credible political party under the leadership of Hon. Richmond D.K. Yarkpah as National Chairman.

Meanwhile, the party is calling on all elements involved to desist from such unruly conduct that has the propensity to undermine the peace of the party. The party therefore called on the following suspended partisans, to include: Alexander N. Kollie, Alexander J. Gotolo, Histine Leama, Cooper Mykers, Louise Woods, Momo K. Follay, Korpo Kollie, Alexander C. Zahn and Reginald Sembeh, to adhere to the rule of law consistent with the party constitution as enshrine in Article 15 and the regulations and guidelines relating to political parties in Chapter 11 Section 3.3 A and B of National Election Commission Guidelines and Regulations.

The PRP is  hereby calling  on all affected partisans to take due note and govern themselves accordingly, while also extending  thanks and appreciation to the National Elections Commission (NEC) for their outstanding and credible work, thereby upholding the rule of law without fear or favour.
