Liberia Wins 1st Runner Up Prize at Miss Pan African Queen Pageant
Miss Tribeau Brown,Liberia’s representative at the 3rd editions of the – Miss Pan African Queen Pageant wins the 1st Runner in Nigeria over the weekend.
As the pageant 1st runner up, Ms. Brown walked away with the title Miss Pan African Universe, while Pauline Marere of Zimbabwe was crowned the event winner.
The pageant which took place in Bayelsa, Nigeria brought together beauty queens from 14 African countries to compete from the first second and third places crowns of one of the big three African pageants.
The event which was characterized by glitz, glamour, and music, saw Ms. Brown who worked at LIBTELCO, competing with other intelligent and purpose-driven young ladies from Ghana, Zimbabwe, Guinea, Botswana and other African countries.
In a statement, Ms. Brown who presence at the pageant was made possible through LA Queen Entertainment, which is owned by Miss Liberia Wokie Dolo said she is excited and humbled for being one of the winners of the pageant.
“I did not see it coming as the competition was tough and all the girls were perfect and deserving. The pageant was tough but thanked God, I am one of the three winners, which made me very happy.
“Obviously everyone anticipates getting the crown, however, being so close to getting it is not bad. This makes me realize that l had prepared very well but need to improve my catwalk moves and presentation next time. Overall, the pageant experience was amazing and l gained a lot from the other girls,” Ms. Brown added.
In remark also, La Queen Entertainment Founder and Executive Director, Ms. Wokie Dolo said she was extremely proud and excited to see Liberia competing strongly at international pageants–like Miss Pan Africa Queen.

The Miss Pan Africa Queen pageant–is a pageant based on celebrating Africa’s diverse cultures and also celebrating the African woman. It is there to empower young ladies so that they can become the best version of themselves without forgetting who they are or their roots
