LIBERIA: UMU Female Student Amid Hardship Returns ‘Missing US$1,500’ To Its Rightful Owner

A female student of the United Methodist University (UMU) in Monrovia, identified As Toura Johnson has returned missing One Thousand Five Hundred United States to its rightful owner in Monrovia.

According to OK FM Liberia, Ms. Toura Johnson explained that after discovering the money along the street, the spirit of sincerity reminded her that the cash might have been for a business person; a decision which prompted her to return the money to its rightful owner.

Her action is in addition to integrity idol Emmanuel Tuolee’s discovery and subsequent return of thousands of dollars to a business woman in Nimba County.

In an interview with this station, student Toura Johnson noted that her refusal to take the money unto herself was based on her moral upbringing from a Christian home.
