LIBERIA: PUL Saddens Over Journalist Ibleegar Williams Death -Opens Book of Condolence Wednesday

(Monday, October 18, 2021), The Press Union of Liberia regrets the death of journalist, Deacon I. Ibleegar Williams and will on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 opens a book of Condolence in his  memory.

The book of condolence will be opened at the Headquarters of the Union’s on Clay Street, and the Union is calling on all journalists and members of the general public to turn-out in signing this book in his honor.

Ibleegar Williams died Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at the Liberia Agricultural Company in Grand Bassa County after a brief period of illness, the Union regrets his demised considering it as irreplaceable and as such consoling the family to take solace in the Lord.

Journalist Williams worked for the ELWA Radio, the United Methodist Radio and several other institutions and mentor several others in their professional career.

The Press Union request that, friends, sympathizers, well-wishers and family members be seated before 11:30 am on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at the Headquarters of the Press Union of Liberia on 44 Clay Street.
