Liberia National Police Cracks Down On Armed Robbers, As Five Arrested

Amid the increase of crime rate in Monrovia and its environs, special squad of the Liberia National Police last week during its night patrol operations arrested five alleged armed robbers.

The five suspected armed Robbers were arrested on September 3, 2019 at 2:00 AM in the Rehab Community, Paynesville with several dangerous weapons including single barrel shot gun and other deadly weapons.

Those arrested include: Franklin Menlor, 33yrs, alias, “yaya Touray”, Wedding Mehn, 36 yrs, alias “Labista”, Junior Duo, Cephus M. Tolee, 21 yrs, alias, “Mission” and Otis Tolee, alias “Pascal”.

They are presently at the Headquarters of the Liberia National Police undergoing investigation.

Meanwhile, the LNP is calling on the public to provide information that will lead to the arrest of would be criminals on LNP Emergency # 911.
