The Monrovia City court Judge Jomah Jallah has sent to prison a 41 year old man identified as Abraham Alex for allegedly raping a 21-one-years-old woman in the Pipeline Community, Paynesville.
According to our Correspondent assigned at the court, Judge Jallah actions was triggered based on a police charge sheet, which alleged that the defendant promised to buy the victim a cell phone.
The police investigators quoting the victim revealed that the victim use her aunty identified as Vivian phone to called the defendant as a mean of reminder for the cell phone he promised her.
According to the victim after she when at the defendant house he requested that she clean his house and after she got through she then took bath when the suspect open an energy drink gave it to her something that put her to sleep.
She further averred that the suspect Abraham Alex gave her $70 USD and $100 Liberian Dollars and he told her to go in the guest room to rest.
She maintain that after she woke up no shirt was on her , her trousers zipper was open and she felt pain in her anus.
The victim lamented that when she got home she came outside she didn’t see defendant Abraham Alex so she lock his door and went home.
But speaking to GNN , Tuesday defendant Abraham Alex describe as a complete plot.
He explains that the victim is his girlfriend who is currently in Europe cousin who he once saw on February 10 until the allegation was lavish he has not seen her.
Alex noted that the family of the victim who aunty he is in relationships are jealous and feel that his money that he has is their aunty money.
