Flash Back: Man in handcuff on his way to prison

The Monrovia City Court has incarcerated a 21-year-old  man at the Monrovia Central Prison for allegedly stabbing one Titus Nyensuah  to death with a spoon .

Defendant Alieu Kamara was apprehended by community dwellers on July 20, 2021 after stabbing the deceased.

Police charge sheet stated that the defendant along with the deceased were sitting by a lady who sells spaghetti along the side walk, and after the lady got through selling, she gave the left over spaghetti to the two men but the defendant refused to share spoon with the deceased.

In the process, the defendant and the deceased got into argument over the spaghetti when a fight ensued and the defendant used a kitchen knife to stab the deceased in his chest.

The defendant started to escape the scene but was arrested by community people and was later turned over to the police.

The defendant was charged with murder and forwarded to court.

During the Police investigation it was established that the defendant intentionally, purposely, knowingly, stabbed Titus Nyensuah with a sliver blade black handle knife, thus succumbing to death minutes after the incident at the St. Paul Bridge community on July 20, 2021.

Meanwhile the defendant is currently in jail at the Monrovia Central Prison awaiting court trial.
