LIBERIA: Gbehnzohngar Findley Vows To Introduce Bill In Favor Disables

Ahead of the Special Senatorial elections, one of Grand Bassa senatorial candidates Milton Gbehzohngar Findley assures visually impaired citizens of initiating a bill for their advantage if he’s elected Senator of Grand Bassa.

Findley spoke at the Buchanan City Hall recently, during the official celebration of  ‘ World White Cane Day’, a gathering hosted by the brought National Union of the Disables.

“For too long you’ve complained about support, if I am elected Senator of Grand Bassa County, I will ensure that a bill is introduced to end the lack of support difficulties “.

He furthered ” I am going to submit a bill that will enable visually impaired people  to work with government entities and ministries”.

Findley served as Senator for Grand Bassa for nine years and head of the senate for three years.

He mentioned that this time, he’s ready to ensure that people living with disabilities are treated like others.

Meanwhile, several participants of the program touted the statement of Findley saying it will be of help only if every lawmaker embraces it.

They encouraged him to live by his words of God grants him the opportunity to serve again.
