Liberia Chamber Of Commerce Holds In-House Training Workshop For Staff

In order to professionally equip its employees, the Liberia Chamber of Commerce (LCC) on Friday began a 3-day in-house training workshop for its employees impacting in them those cores of values that would help them in the performing of their respective duties at the entity.

Topics highlighted by the facilitators at the in-house training who included Mr. Charles G. Jarret, Sr., Mr. David Oppong and Mr. Augustine Otoo were: Enhancing Organizational Change and Effectiveness, Effective Communication and Interpersonal Relations, Work Planning Skills, Effective Report Writing, Customer Service/Relations Skills and Basic Records Management Skills.

During the training workshop, employees of the Chamber were enthusiastically pleased with the facilitators as they all expressed thanks and appreciation to the leadership of the LCC for providing such an impressive tutorial program for them aimed at enhancing their respective duties at their work place.

At the start of the training workshop, the Secretary General of the LCC Ms. Stephanie SalaMatu Duncan urged the participants to be committed in learning more from their facilitators as they have resolved to impacting knowledge into them for their services to their respective bosses.
