Justice Ministry Confirms Lucas Richard’s Detention At Monrovia Central Prison

The Ministry of Justice has confirmed that Lucas Richard, the American citizen accused of slitting Jessica Lloyd’s throat was today arraigned before the Bushrod Island Magisterial Court on charges of criminal attempt to commit murder and Aggravated Assault.

According to the Ministry of Justice press release issued on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, Defendant Lucas Richard was duly processed and remanded at the Monrovia Central Prison.
