Lofa County electoral district #2 Lawmaker, Representative Julie F. With has made it clear that the commitment made in Lofa County during the last phase of President Weah nationwide tour in her district to the governing Coalition for Democratic Change was a “Return”.

Speaking to Legislative reporters at her Capitol Hill office Representative  said even though she was elected as representative of District #2 Lofa county on an ‘Independent’ ticket, but she is still a member of the National Patriotic Party; one of the three political parties in the ruling CDC.

According to the Liberian Stateswoman, her decision to rejoin the CDC was made with the consent of the people of her district, and many calls from her party to return home.

“Coming to the CDC is long overdue. It’s not a closed secret. It is an open secret.

This is something that they have expected long since. I came from the National Patriotic Party which is a member party in the CDC, and the reason I was independent is because of certain reasons. In the community I went to contest in, the people there I had flow their mindset. So I had to go independent”. Representative With said.
