GNN-Liberia To Release Its 25th Personalities Of The Year – 2023 On January 15

The management of the Global News Network, Incorporated publisher of one of Liberia’s most reliable and informative news outlets, www.gnnliberia.com has announced the 25th yearly award, honoring those who have contributed immensely to the growth and development of Liberia during the year, 2023 in review.

The entity was established on January 15, 1998 by a Liberian journalist who previously worked from several international news services, including the British Broadcasting Corperation (BBC) African Service, and other international news wire services, Joel Cholo Brooks.

According to Mr. Brooks team of GNN-Liberia senior editorial staff are working around the clock to review the professional services of individuals both in the private and public sectors as to their many contributions over the year in the interest of the people and country.

Meanwhile, nominations are opened to the public to submit the name of individuals who have made such mark in their respective localities to be submitted to the editorial staff of the GNN-Liberia at its head office on Clay Street adjacent the Press Union of Liberia or email us to gnnliberia@gmail.com.

Joel Cholo Brooks is a Liberian journalist who previously worked for several international news outlets including the BBC African Service. He is the CEO of the Global News Network which publishes two local weeklies, The Star and The GNN-Liberia Newspapers. He is a member of the Press Union Of Liberia (PUL) since 1986, and several other international organizations of journalists, and is currently contributing to the South Africa Broadcasting Corporation as Liberia Correspondent.
