ECOWAS Radio, PUL Membership, Others Will Indeed Miss Yede Allison As She Laid To Rest

Dozens of Liberian journalists including the leadership of the Press Union of Liberia (PUL), and host of staff of the ECOWAS Radio and other mourners last Friday, June 20, 2021 paid their last respect to their fallen colleague, Yede E. one of Liberia’s professional journalists.

The grounds of the St. Moses Funeral Home was also overwhelmed  with other mourners, including family members, relatives, friends, neighbors, workmates, church members, many of whom who could not withhold their tears cried bitterly as tributes of their colleagues were being read,

Madam Allison died at the Star Base Treatment Center on the Bushrod Island, outside Monrovia on June 20, 2021. She was 53.

Prior to her demise, Madam Allison was a member of the Zion Grove Baptist Church and an employee of ECOWAS Radio in Brewerville and Monrovia respectively.

In a life reflection, the son of the deceased Richelieu Russell paid tribute to his mother as mourners sorrowfully wept bitterly, as others took to the social media to pay their tributes to the fallen journalist. She will be missed by all Liberians when she was laid to rest in Brewerville.
