Court Orders NPA, Star Cement Inc., To Return Writ Of Possession For Deputed Property In NPA Premises
The Sixth Judicial Circuit, Civil Law Court has ordered the National Port Authority and Star Cement Incorporated to return a writ of possession for a disputed property in the premises of NPA.
The Court ordered the parties involved to put the SINO- Liberia Logistic Company the petitioner cause of action complete and unrestricted possession of its parcel of land or property lying and situated in the Compound of the Free port of Monrovia with the aid a licensed surveyor.
According to the Court document the possession of this station, the above petitioner captioned cause of action is entitled or described property by virtue of court’s final ruling tendered on October 27, 2022.
The document under the signature of his honor Yamie Quiqui Gbeisay sr. assigned Judge sixth Judicial Circuit Court Civil Law court Annex Monrovia County sitting in its September term of Court AD 2022.
Reading the document at conference Wednesday, a lady who asked not to be name said, the Court further commanded the petitioner to oust, evict eject the respondent in the above named/ described property premises and return the writ of possession to the office on/ before the next term December AD 2023.
She furthered noted that ordered on the back of the original copy of the writ of possession official returns as to the manner and form of its service and placing the herein named co-defendant in complete, full and unrestricted possession to the premises/ property described supra.
