Chinese Embassy in Liberia Hosts Scholarship Reception, Strengthening Educational Ties
Monrovia, Liberia — On August 11, the Chinese Embassy in Liberia held a China Scholarship Reception, gathering over 200 attendees to celebrate the growing educational cooperation between the two nations. The event was a testament to the robust and flourishing diplomatic and academic relationship between China and Liberia.
The reception was a high-profile affair, graced by key figures from both countries. Chinese Ambassador to Liberia Yin Chengwu presided over the event, joined by a distinguished list of Liberian officials, including Minister of Education Hon. Dr. Jarso Maley Jallah, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Cllr. Jeddi Mowbray Armah, and Monrovia Mayor Hon. John-Charuk S. Siafa.
