CDC Lawmaker, Solomon George Says ‘Big Stealing’ In Gov’t

A leading member of the ruling CDC-led government and also a member of the House of Representative for Montserado County, Solomon George has publicly lashed out at his government noting that there is a big stealing in the government of President Weah instead of solving the plight of the Liberian people.
Speaking on a local radio station, the OK FM, on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, Representative George called on President Weah to take serious note of what is currently taken place in Liberia, noting that the government has further failed to fulfill promises made to the Liberian people form the onset of his leadership, stressing that this government has lied to the Liberian people.
Representative George who is noted of being vocal on national issues, described some senior officials of the Weah-led government as bunch of rogues, who do not care for the wellbeing of the Liberian people, calling on President Weah to see reasons dealing with such individuals or must be prepared to face the outcry of the Liberian people.
Some Liberians who listened to this morning talk show of the OK FM said with such utterances for a leading member of the ruling government gave a bad signal for the Weah-led government to encounter public criticisms, many of whom are tired of the situation being unfolded backed with hardship and other unbearable.
