The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bukonjadeh Group of Companies, Mr. Elton Datee Johns said, while his company has applauded incumbent President Dr. George Manneh Weah for conceding to defeat in the interest of the Country, he is at the same time calling upon the President-elect Amb. Joseph Nyumah Boakai to make sure that his administration prioritize the interest of the business and investment sector.
Mr. Johns asserted that his entity is even though, non-political but a micro-finance loan group, improvement of the business visa-vis the investment segment of any country that wants to see economic development flow, its government must attract investors and create a conducive private business sector.
According to Mr. Johns while speaking to legislative reporters over the weekend in an impromptu chat, his entity believes that the new government of Amb. Boakai must be well embraced by all patriotic Liberians of all walk of life in all of his endeavors to move the country in a positive direction so that “our children can have free and quality education, parents will be able to at least put meals on the tables for their families and better their lives in a free, non-violent and peaceful Liberia”.
