Asumana Jabateh Randolph Captures Sheik Kafumba Konneh Foundation for Peace Award 2019

Hundreds of Liberians, including members of I-Help Liberia Project USA, and fellows of the Hunter College High Schools were overwhelmed on July 13, 2019 when one of Liberia’s committed humanitarians and founder of I-Help Liberia Project USA, Mr. Asumana Jabateh Randolph was honored by the Sheik Kafumba Konneh Humanitarian Peace Foundation in the United States.

The occasion, according to a dispatch from New York, was colorful brought together friends, relatives and students of one of America’s prestigious academic institutions where the honoree teaches, who poured praises on his him for numerous contributions to the growth not only the American school system, but his home country, Liberia where over the years he has been on the forefront tutoring teachers, high school students in Math, Chemistry, and other technological empowerments in the West African nation, Liberia.

Bestowing upon Mr. Randolph this great honor in the presence of a huge gathering, the organizers of the Felmausa Sheikh Kafumba Konneh Humanitarian Award 2019 who were excited and overwhelmed, expressed thanks and appreciation to the honoree, making specific reference Mr. Randolph’s uncountable contributions to his native land in the area of science and technology over the years; bringing to the doorsteps in Liberia American scholars and students to help method their fellow Liberian counterparts in the areas of Math, Chemistry and general science.

His institution, the I-Help Liberia has also provided educational materials including laboratory equipment for Liberian schools, supplementing their various laboratories around the country in colleges, universities and high schools an effort being lauded by the country’s educational system, appreciating Mr. Randolph and his I-Help Liberia Project team in the country.

Back home in Liberia, beneficiaries of I-Help Liberia Project opportunity have also expressed gratitude to the organizers of the Felmausa Sheikh Kafumba Konneh Humanitarian Award committee for be thoughtful in their selection of Mr. Randolph, noting that he indeed deserved it
