Buchanan, Grand Bassa County – April 14, 2025 – A wave of optimism and opportunity is sweeping through ArcelorMittal Liberia (AML) as 236 young Liberians celebrate the successful completion of the AML Training Academy program, marking their transition into full-time employment as skilled artisans. The impressive cohort comprises 128 graduates from the esteemed ArcelorMittal Liberia Training Academy and 108 highly trained Process Operator Learners. These individuals have dedicated themselves to rigorous training regimens, equipping them with the specialized expertise required for pivotal roles within AML’s expanding operations. Their newly honed skills will be indispensable in the critical construction and commissioning phases of the state-of-the-art iron ore concentrator, a cornerstone of AML’s ambitious Phase II Expansion project.
