Just three days after Liberia’s 26th President, Joseph Nyuma Boakai appointed Sekou A. Dukuly as the Managing Director of the National Port Authority (NPA), a recognized and legally Liberian-owned credentials verification institution has completed the process of verifying Hon. Dukuly’s academic records. According to the Campaigners for Academic Crime Court, Sekou genuinely earned the following academic credentials:

In their final verdict, CACCIATORE asserts that Sekou Dukuly’s academic credentials are legitimate and were acquired within the conventional time required for obtaining bachelor’s and master’s degrees. The University of North Dakota, University of Augsburg, and the National Student Clearing House confirmed that Dukuly attended (in person) and graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Accounting and in 2020 with an M.B.A (Entrepreneurship).
