Unlocking Investment Opportunities, LSEZAMakes Compelling Case at 7th ProsperityAfrica Conference

Monrovia, Liberia – The Liberia Special Economic Zones Authority (LSEZA) has made a compelling case for investment in Liberia at the ongoing 7th edition of the Prosperity Africa Conference, being held at the EJS Ministerial Complex in Monrovia.

Held under the theme “Bridge by Prosperity,” the conference brings together investors, government officials, business leaders, financial institutions, and chambers of commerce from across Africa and beyond to explore opportunities for economic growth and business partnerships.

Presenting on behalf of LSEZA, the Director for Regulations and Legal Affairs, Atty. Ebenezer Wilson, highlighted how Liberia’s Special Economic Zones (SEZs) model can stimulate industrialization, expand economic opportunities, create jobs, attract investment, maximize exports, and strengthen the country’s position as a competitive investment destination.

Atty. Wilson also outlined key opportunities available to investors operating within Liberia’s SEZ regime to include tax incentives, youthful workforce, vast untapped land resources, and business support services for companies seeking to establish or expand their operations in Liberia.

In addition to his presentation, LSEZA has established an exhibition booth at the conference, serving as an information and advisory point for prospective investors. Visitors received guidance on investment entry requirements, application procedures, available incentives, and the steps for accessing opportunities within Liberia’s SEZ regime.

The engagement provides an opportunity for the Authority to connect directly with potential investors and demonstrate how Special Economic Zones can support business growth, value addition, export development, and employment creation. The Prosperity Africa Conference is a flagship biennial business gathering organized by the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PACCI), in partnership with the Liberia Chamber of Commerce (LCC).

LSEZA remains committed to promoting Liberia’s Special Economic Zones as strategic platforms for investment, industrial growth, trade expansion, and sustainable job creation.
