The Western Liberia Legislative Caucus Formed to Address Regional Development Priorities

In a move aimed at fostering regional development and unity, the Western Liberia Legislative Caucus has been officially formed, with key figures taking on pivotal roles within the caucus. Led by Chairman Alex Tyler of Bomi County, Co-Chair Dabah Vapilah of Cape Mount, and Secretary Amara Konneh of Gbarpolu, the caucus is set to tackle a range of critical issues affecting the region.

The caucus’s thematic focus spans across crucial sectors including mining, education, health, agriculture and forestry, roads, reconciliation and unity, as well as security. By prioritizing these key areas, the caucus aims to drive sustainable development and progress within Western Liberia.
